Why don't you describe your system to us, telling us what head unit you have, what amp(s) you have, which speakers are "cutting in and out", and if they are powered by the head unit or an amp. These are kind of just general common sense things to include when you're requesting a solution from people who know absolutely nothing about your setup.

Sounds like wired out of phase. I've done it before. You might have a positive and negative mixed up somewhere.. It happens
