Do it yourselfers aye? Wonder if anyone else had issues their first time or maybe I truly am more blond than my hair color.
Car is a 1990 caddy sedan deville. Maybe I will get lucky and find someone on here that has hooked up an amp to one of these things. OK I am running the hot wire from the trunk...got it through the door trims/panels and have it sitting in the drivers side floor board. I looked and looked but could not find a readily available hole. Would still be looking but it has gotten dark so im stuck doing it some more tomorrow...most likely in a garage due to rain. Anyways yea...I cant figure out a way to run it to the battery. I even considered running it through the door jam where the door doesnt ever touch...BUT it just ends up going into the fender and their is no way to go from the inside of the fender to the battery without removing the fender...and that is just WAY too much trouble. So yea anyone with experience...what did you do? OR anyone else that faced this delima in a different car with limited resources and tools...what did you do?
Will be my very last question...got it all figured out for the most part. WELL aside from being forced to making a new mount to hold the player...got holes made just got a bit dark. Had someone else working on that while I do the wiring figuring out thing lol.
