ok i have my sub wired up @ 1ohm.

i needed an rca line output converter so i bought one and installed it.

now my sub is hitting on all the opposite notes and deffinetly isnt getting the power it deserves.

my amp is capable of 1000watts @ 1ohm

so if anybody could lead me in the right direction so i can fix this problem much

help would be greatly appreciated

Try the amp with just the left RCA and play a few songs and then do the same with the right. If they sound different then you might have something wired wrong on the line out converter. Also if it sounds better with just one RCA jack in then when you put the other one in it sounds bad then you might have the polarity reversed on the line out converter. When this happens the left signal is telling the sub to push out when the right on is telling the sub to pull in. Also double check the wiring on the sub to make sure you have the polarity wired correctly between the dual voicecoils.

Also double check if the line out converter has little gain knobs on each side, if so, make sure they are set the exact same, usually all the way up is best.
