no, they didn't rip them off. just another internet company buying rights and hardware from an established build house.

Get a loan and make a large purchase and you can have your name on some subs also.

APXs can sound good....but you can definately tell that its an SPL sub

well to be fair, its not an Atomic APXX direct copy. The dustcaps ARE different //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Ive owned both the APXX and SHW, and they're pretty much the same. Both are good tough SPL subs IMO. SQ? Nah, its not no Aura or ID..... however it does do just fine for SPL. Ive beat the shit out of both my APXX and SHW's quite consistantly.

.... and if anyone cares, the SHW's I have all share the same size magnet lugs.

Honestly, I dont think there has been many SHW 18's even sold - maybe 10 ? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif .... but mine seemed to work ok.... and I promise you I paid no where NEAR 700 each for them.
