I need someone to make these MDF rings for me. I need them to be exactly like this.

I would prefer it to be 6.3" with a 4.98" cut-out. I can't have it bigger otherwise it won't fit into my door.

4.98" might as well be 5" lol.

Also, I'm not sure If i'm seeing it right, but it seems like an outside diameter of 6.3" wont' work, since the bolt diameter is 6.1"

well 4.98"-5" will work!

I'm sure 6.3" will work too.. I was just giving myself some headroom.

Gonna be cutting it close with .2" outside the mounting diameter for screws. How much are you willing to pay for them shipped?

Crap! I just threw mine away. I had some made for my PPI's but I was an idiot and forgot to measure the cutout in the door. The door mounting hole was bigger than the OD of the ring, so I couldnt use it. They sat in my spare room for over a month and I finally said screw it the other day. I would have given them to you for the cost of shipping. Sorry man. They were made for the exact comps you have and were the same meausurements.

I can do them on a CNC machine and get it exaclty how you want.
