i looked at that auction as well and he stated that it was a procast motor with dreadnaut soft parts thats why the motor is different and it has a procast basket as well

I'm not sure what auction you read, but it says nothing about soft parts or procast motor?

Dreadnaut's haven't been around for all that long, and from what I remember, since their introduction, they've always had a 12 spoke basket, and a larger motor then that pictured..

Well from what I remember, probably like ~2 years or so...but I could be wrong...

You know, your right. I was on a mission to get something put together fast, so I

guess I got a little ahead of myself and didn't research enough until after the

fact. If anything, this thread provides evidence for me, if need be, when I file a

claim for a return and refund. I'm getting a 15" instead of using this so it doesn't

matter in the end. But you have to admit it's interesting to see all of the varying

opinions from so many others that have been on this forum longer than I

have...
