Someone suggest me a new cellphone

I've got the Droid1 atm and even unlocked this thing is slow as hell. So I'm going to buy a new/slightly used phone outright in the next 2 months or so. What can you suggest for an ANDROID phone that would work on the Verizon network? I was just looking at the Bionic but don't know much about it.

I do like having a full keyboard like the droid but it is not necessary. I just want a phone thats not going to lag whenever I'm trying to do one thing.....

Do you have an upgrade to offset the payment? Check out Target Mobile they have the best prices on phones I got my HTC Inspire 4g for $25 and I love it. The bionic is brand new and has insane specs so it will probably be around the $199 mark with an upgrade.

I have an upgrade under my wifes phone since she got a newer phone when her older one crapped out on her, but then I have to resign the 2 year contract and I would loose the real unlimited data which I am on currently.
