Someone Please Help Me Out!!

A car audio company promised me i should hit low to middle 150's db if i bought a 12 inch Diamond TDX with a memphis mojo and had them make me a big ported box and have them set it up..now the thing is its gonna cost alot of money...If i got one 15inch XXX with the Mojo (2400 watts) and a good box with a good setup will i be able to match that? i need to no soon bc i have the money
