Someone make me quit spending money on car audio :(

I spend a ton on this crap too. And just when mine is at a stopping point (for now), I went and dumped a bunch into my girlfriend's car.
What will **** is when you break up and she has all the car audio stuff you bought her...for some other guy to enjoy //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

i have a good idea what you spent it on...

i have spent 5kish of my own monies... when shopping for a customer, 7.5k
Amp, sub, pretty much complete redoing of the system...and then the rest went to where you think.

I have spent so much in the past week on car audio...this is an evil ( but fun ) addiction. Someone make me stop...so far I have bought: 2 new 15's, a new Autotek ss1900.1, a 300 amp alternator from EA, I had a python 460HP alarm installed yesterday, and an enclosure from Vitveet. ( Going to his house Wednesday to put it all in. ) I also payed my car payment and insurance last week...someone make me stop before it's too late //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
Whats the most any of you guys have spent on audio in a week before? Mine isn't anything crazy but it's a lot to me, I'm not rich lol.
KEKEKE

My paypal transcations for purchases for the past 3 months has been 5972.65

I feel your pain. My stereo upgrade hobby has become an obsession for the past two months. In fact, I am about to do another temporary setup in my Mustang while waiting for yet another Sub amp to come in.

Next, I will start on my Civic, but I need to buy some more basic tools before I get to the Civic. I need 1/0 cutters, a crimper, and a few other basics and only then will I start on the Civic. I was going to install the system first, then upgrade the electrical, but I have since decided to upgrade the electrical first THEN install the system!

i stopped buying tons of car audio, settled for moderate systems, but my cars are not older than one model year and are paid off.

also bought a house, refurbed it, and rent out the back apartment for the cost of my mortgage. in other words my bills are small and ready to get back into buying the audio again //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

lol wasn't such a bad week, I got a 500 dollar pay check, and bought a speaker amp, speakers, a new battery, 20 ft of 0 gauge, MDF and spent 7 hours in a shop making a box, was about 700 dollars...

I don't miss any of the money at all, and hope that during my lifetime my money can go towards more meaningful pursuits than accruing interest at a federally set rate in a savings account...
