Someone help me with this PC game install problem

Sounds like a corrupt installer. Are there any fixes for it out?

Is your XP SP3 up to date?

Are your antivirus and firewall softwares off?

Do you have the required .NET frameworks installed and updated?

I am running Windows 7 on the computer, but you can run the game in compatibility mode, which is Windows XP SP3. It also, says that pop up message at the same spot during the install. I am trying to install the required .net framework version, but it keeps saying, "You must use "Turn windows features on or off" in the control panel to install of configure Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0." Not sure what to do there.

Ok go to Start > Control Panel > Upper right select large icon view > Add/Remove Programs > On the left there will be a link to turn windows features on or off > Click that link and let the list populate > then find Microsoft .NET Framework in the list > Dont expand it, but click the box until the box is filled with blue and then apply and reboot. Then try to install again.

It still is saying the thing about the windows features.

Do you have the latest .NET Frame work installed? You can go to start > Control panel > Add/Remove Programs and look for it in the list.
I have .NET Framework 4, I think, since it says Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile.

Its a corrupt setup file. You have 3 options. 1. Call Amazon and throw a fit and demand a boxed version get mailed. 2. Call Amazon and ask for a refund and buy it at a local game store. 3. You can give someone your login info for Amazon and have them download it for you and verify it works and send you a burned disc of it.
