Someone f*cked my car up....

So two summers ago I was in sherkston and my car's back panel got kicked in and my doors punched. I didn't file a police report at the time. So two years later I now find out who did it.

The thing is the person who told me who it was, wasn't there, but heard him talking about it. He said he's not getting involved and can't testify.

Anyway I can get money from this person to get it fixed? I've ask him before and he's been denying it for the past couple years.

He also doesn't even have a car that I could retailiate on lol.
