im gettin a dd 1508 soon and have no idea if i need a single 4ohm voicecoil or a dual 4 ohm voicecoil or what the differences are for them.

ill be powering it off a jl 500/1

the 500/1 does 500 at 1.5-4 ohm.

an svc4 and a dvc 4 would both work but i would buy the dual 4 ohm sub, and wire it to have a final 2 ohm load.
