i already called the cops they said i cant do anything unless i have my freind who's the title name is in report it stolen. im only 17. so it wasnt in my name. So Im salty.

he could of already went to the courthouse put the car in his name insured it and there is nothing you can do. haha. you can still report a car stolen even if you arent the owner. say you saw someone steal the car from your neighbors house. but you like a dumbass put your car in someone else's name and will now lose your car and rims.
