Somebody Stole My Car. What Should I Do???

OK SOMEONE STOLE MY CAR. IT WAS PARKED ON THE STREET. IT HAS 20S ON IT.....im assuming they're going to steal the 20s and leave the car parked somewhere abandoned. The title is in the glove depertment already signed stamped and notarized ready 2 sell. If they wanted they could put it in there name then say i sold it to him. but most likely if he's smart he'll just steal the rims and leave it abandoned somewhere. The car is in my buddys name and im 17. How should i go about handling the situation? and how are we going to report it stolen with no title on us? will we have to go to the BMV to get another title?? what should i do? im salty and stuck and pissed

Call the police or go them and file a report. Most logical thing to do. Just explain what you did over here.

Sorry man, but kiss that car good bye! Just being honest, been there done that.

I imagine you just had liabilty on it too? Sucks, but you will be out of just about everything and if they stole the whole car, then more than likely they took it too a chop shop and gutted it and put some shitty tires on it and parked it on a street some where.

Happened to me and it sucked!

However, I did get the police involved right away, not post on an online forum.

how big can a cereal box be? go find that bish! haha. call your insurance company and get full coverage. starting ASAP then call em back and report stolen
