Hey Guys. You can see what I have currently below. Im going to upgrade to a Type R 15. Im thinking about a Alpine MRD-M1005 http://www.crutchfield.com/S-KYNcGEYSudk/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?g=120&I=500MRDM105

Although it has a hefty price tag....I would like something around 800-1000k Watts @ 2ohms. Could I have some suggestions as far as which amp would best suit me?

P.S. As far as how much im willing to spend...well $500 is possible but if there is something out there as good as alpine but cheaper.

You could go with an Lanzar 1400D Opti-Drive for around $250-$300 shipped. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif 800 watts @ 2 ohms. Soundstream PCA1500D does 1100 watts @ 2 ohms and can be had for around $300.

Hmm that SoundStream looks nicey nice. Im on Long Island in suffolk. I see your from upstate
