Im running a hifonics bxi 2608 powering 2 pioneer premier subs, a JBL 75.4 running id oem mids (awaiting delivery) and an Audison amp running 2 PG RSD tweeters. I want to order a 2nd battery as in the link below but which one would be best, Im pulling my hair out as im not sure which 1 to get. What one from the link should I go for as im ready to order. Big 3 is done, 0 awg througout

yes, im in the UK and have to say, this forum is off the hook lol. I will check out that calculator now

i say u buy my batts //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif a little overkill, but hey, strong electrical doesnt hurny anyone (unless it happens to fall in a bathtub with them)

The bxi is 2600rms, my mid amp is 500rms say and my tweeter amp is 150rms so I added this up and put it in if thats correct

Its telling me I need 2 hc1800's, can I substitute with any of the batterys from the link I put up
should be able too I would make sure they do not leak if you are putting them in back. My mom's new car has a "sealed" battery but it still has warnings pasted all over it about hazzardous materials LOL. If they are AGM (advanced glass mat) type cells you should be able too.

Ok any idea as to which ones from the link because I dont know what to look for. Also the 2 batteries needed is that 1 to replace the standard one up front and the other in the boot or the standard one plus 2 in the boot, I only wanted to add 1 in the boot

oh, just had a look at the kinetic calculator, yep says I need 3 altogether, one up front and 2 hc1800's in the back, I think so anyway

also i dont really play with engine off, its for a daily set up and the occassional park and show off event so could play with engine of but prefer to run

Depends on if you want to replace your stocker under the hood..good idea but up to you. I would look at the AGM batteries though like the odyssey or optima if you get into an accident with even a sealed wet cell it can leak (if broken) some nasty stuff all over especially if this is going into a hatchback. 1700 oddyssey's or Group 34 optimas would be a good choice. agm batteries get cracked they do not leak fluid all over
