Some of my cutouts for sub box are about a half inch too short

I had lowes cut my mdf and dude cut some of them around a half inch too short. Do I just cut however much he cut off or what??

If it is a sealed box, there will not be a difference in output. With a ported box, I highly doubt you will notice anything off. I say, go for it.

It's a ported box. Do I need to cut everything that needs to be the same length as the shorter pieces?

I'm pretty sure. Some of them are good but Im not 100% sure because I'm not around them at the moment.

You already have them, I would just go with it. A smaller box will not damage a sub, so only the sound will be affected. You may be happy with it's performance.
