i was going to do it that way but i didnt like the way the posts were located to close to the chassis, plus there wasnt much room to work with and it would make wiring a bigger pain in the @ss so i opted to do it the other way. how long did it take you to put that in??

 
About an 2-3 hrs but I was BS'ing the whole time. I could have done it in an hour or less easily after I figured out what to do.

And the posts will be on the top instead of the bottom once I extend the factory wires.

sweet yeah thats about how long it took me, i tried every possible way to fit it and that worked the best for me, now saturday its time for wiring //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

 
Just got in the "amputator" alternator from Dominick Iraggi for the "project" its 200amp and 140 at idle //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif Looks like saturday will be a busy day //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif This is my 2nd alternator from Dom and all I can say is great customer service //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

 
forgot to mention this was a direct bolt on alternator, i would of went with a large case but heard it was too much of a pain to put in //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
