Some help?

Okay, so I installed a new radio in my car and when I turn the key, it flashes on and off really fast, while the speakers make thumping sounds at the same tempo.

Any idea what I did wrong?

Check your Accessory 12V input and ground.

I went back out to check it and now it won't even turn on and blink....

Any ideas?

If I had crossed the 2 power related wires, what would that do?

Okay, replaced a blown fuse in the car and now have the original problem. any idea what could make it do that? I've been checking my wiring for hours.
