.....another tip. Not sure if this works everywhere, but if you plea Not Guilty and set a non-jury trial date or a jury trial date, the officer MUST show up in court if the prosecution wants to try you. If they no-show, then the prosecution will either ask for a continuance (which i think is complete B.S. Officer no-show = continuance. You no-show = bench warrant.) or they will dismiss the case.

i haven't heard that one. I am friends with a couple local cops and they say that they won't do much to audio equipment. Just pull you over and ask you to turn it down. They really don't give a $hit. Undercover do you ever get anything in Dayton, cause i always am up there picking stuff up for work and they never say anything to me, been behind them at stop lights.

Wow, that guy is so worthless... Just seeing or hearing the name Miachael Wright makes me want to go out and bass-drive-by a church on Sunday morning... Sheesh.

Speaking of bass nuisances, this one ******* kid in my town bummed 4 grand off of his parents for 2 MTX RFL's and 4 MTX 8100d's, then drives by my house at least twice a day, not a soul in the car except his fudge pumping ***, using test tunes.

in NC, they show up...at least for speeding violations, the state needs the money //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

never had a noise violation ticket, so I don't know if they care about that or not.

Here in quiet little Blacksburg, VA...the cops realize this is a college town (seriously, the campus is bigger than the town itself, and so is the police force) so they don't mind if I go by them with the system going. As long as I'm doing under 35.
