well im fixing my box and i need the cut out for a audioque hd315 the cut out for a new hdc is 14.0625 are they the same?

no... you measure the inside of the screw hole to the inside of the one directly across from it.. then give yourself a few cms less.. so if it is 14" across from the inside of the screw hole(closest part the the middle of the sub) then do 13.75" just in case
