solox 18's

I did a search and couldnt find much on any of the forums.

I was going to do 3 solox 12's in a bandpass but traded them for 2 solox 18's Now im wanting to know if I can still do the bandpass or just go ported. I only have 18 cubes total. I want to do a swappable port so i can do spl and still be able to use it for daily. these will be run off 4 GP3000d's. I will have two off for daily and all four on for burps. Any suggestions.

u dont have enuff room...i would just use the 18cubes and do a ported box with 1 port tuned to 32 for daily and a another port tuned to the frequency of ur ride

your gonna be dissapointed when you put those 2 solo x 18s in the crx. use only one so you have room for all your amps and batteries. make a small box, use only one solo x, with some aero ports firing out the back and change out the lenghts for street beating. or your gonna have a headache on your hands. especially when you go to listen to it the first time and your car has sufficated the subs and you have to rebuild.

use 2 18's

isobaric load the subs so you can get the tuning freq of a box 2x's the size with 1/2 the overall size.
