Solo Baric L7 12s? or 15s

as far as surface area goes the 4 12's has the 2 15's beat by a little, but bec. the 15's prob have a little greater xmax i'd have to say it would be close allthough i've never compared the 2

12" l7's are more popular for competing, they have a slightly stronger motor per square inch of cone area vs. the 15's, and supposedly they like higher freq's better than the 15's (although everyone always says frequencies aren't dictated by sub size)

I don't honestly know what the 15's specialty are, i don't know if there are any. I own two of them, tho, they're real nice. They're not as popular as the smaller sub sizes, tho.

4 12's WOULD look badass.

I've noticed with my L7's, that they looked huge when i opened them up, and was taking a look at them, but now that they're in the car, they look really small when they're in contrast to the size of the box. But i don' think 4 speakers of any size would look understated in any situation.
