So whats all wrong with ORION ? and also SOUNDSTREAM

I keep wanting to buy some of these new Orion C series subs. Every Time I hear them they put out so much Audible sound it's like the sound hits you as loud as the db's. YOu know what I mean " the LOUDNESS ". They impress the shit out of me for 225w subs. I owned 2 500Wrms Orion XTR's 15" . They hit notes better than my Mofo, and I slammed them all day long. It made me wonder what they would sound like on a soundstream but much has changed alott. First off , Orion isnt made by orion, and how bad are these new orion products ? Second Sound stream makes some subwoofers that are 1800W, 900Wrms Tarantula's I was wondering about these if anyone has some . My biggest curiousity is the "NEW" soundstream products. I know the old rubicon amp's etc.. the older soundstream products were known world over for phenominally clean low distorted sound output. Are the new ones up to par ? Are the sound stream subs worth the $$ ??

the two XTR orions I spoke of were the old school one's . They set my opinion for good subs for a cheap budget. I recently went into an audio shop, and heard some of these new C series subwoofers. Since Orion was bought out by Directed I have been hearing negative things about the products and just wanted to know whats going on. I know I could search the forum's but I am being lazy and dont have to time to do so. So anyways sorry about the post.. I want very sound efficiant subwoofers that you can hear CLEAR bass tones with. So far Orions have impressed me the most.
