i have that same habit. i will drink coffee in the morning, get busy at work, then realize it's 2 o'clock, and i haven't yet eaten anything but sunflower seeds all day. happens all the time. if i go all day without eating, once i do eat, i get immediate diarhea.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

your gunna think its crazy, but it works. its a higher number than you expect. but try it for a couple weeks, you'd be amazed. subtract 1000 off that number though as I think it may be a tad high, thats a body building site.

go ask around on bb.com they will tell you to go loosely on that calc (which i why i just posted what i did before this)

your body is constantly burning calories, it doesnt take exercise to burn calories. i your BMR is what you burn laying in bed basically...

and dont follow those carb rules, try for a 40/40/20 split. 40 carb/40protein/20fat

 
Yup...Abs are made in the kitchen... Not in the gym.

Remeber though...

Weight loss means nothing.

Fat loss is what counts.

Going to the gym would be our best bet. I hate working out at home, the gym is more motivation for me, and in his best interest. Hes got back problems that would easily be fixed by a stronger core and lower back. Ive lost my muscle tone in my *** and legs and arms.. and woudl like to get that back. Its pretty much due to inactivity not our diet. We eat on average 2000 a day.. maybe a little less or more depending. So as long as i work out more, ill be fine, same with him.
