Cutting the mounting hole large isn't a problem to fit your sub in. It's not going to change your volume of the box, so it won't be a problem. The problem is the volume of the box may not be correct for the subwoofer in question, and the comment you may get from people is that you should have built your own box to specs, in addition to maybe installing it yourself. If the people installing it for you don't realize that they can just cut a larger hole, maybe they're not the right people to be installing it for you...

 
I actually just got the box and I havnt told them so I am hoping its not a problem. And is that box is .85 cubic feet so it should be ok right?

You should be just fine. You'll be close to the minimum w/displacent of the driver taken into account but worst comes to worst just add some acoustic fiberglass matt to the inside of the box

if I get this installed and want to change my box that is pretty easy to do right? I wanted to get one built from somebody on here but no one responded so I just got that box.
