SO massive audio just called me...

I dont know if anybody remembers but i posted a little while ago about WHY i blew this amp. They called me today, and they claim that the pcb burned up again. The first time was 100% my fault. They are telling me this time that the only thing they can see happening is that I am getting TOO much voltage. I have an optima yello with stock alternator in a 2000 t/a. How do I fix a problem like this? My ground is good, my sub was fine (no blown coils) my remote is fine and my rca's are good. I am lost, i dont want to pay to replace the board again and have this happen again!?!? What do you recommend?

i know for real, i didnt have any problems in my s-10 with a stock alty and a redtop, but that was with an ample audio and an alpine mrd-m1000, this bit#& just keeps frying! like i said that first time was my fault, i got sooo used to red being power and i hooked up my power to my ground and the ground to the power and yeah, whoops, but this time, everything is perfect! stupid POS (pardon my rant) i spend nearly 400 dollars and then another 120 to get it fixed

i could have a bad@$$ amp by now!

i tested my voltage with the car off, 12.38 volts, ok no problem, then i tested it with the car running, 14.4 volts, then i had my g/f rev the car to about 2500rpm to see if it spiked at all, nope, stayed right around 14.4 volts. The guy also told me that because my cd player sends like 3 or 4 volts it can fry it that way, too much voltage, this just sucks!!

3 to 4 volts to much.lol, they coming up with some good ones,i wouldnt pay for it,if they didnt fix under warranty id tell them to send back to me,and use it for a boatanchor, and tell everybody how massive audio trys to screw people.and start over, sometimes u have to.

its a freakin joke, it was a nice amp for the month or so i used it, then i messed it up, and it wont come back! lol i just hope its nothing wrong with the way i have everything hooked up, its the same way i did it for 3 YEARS in my s-10 with ZERO problems, must just be a junk amplifier. I will not name the name of the place i bought it from, but when i contacted them about warranty, they gave me NO REPLY, not cool. So this nice hunk of junk is now going to become a 500 dollar paperweight, or i could use it for looks lol I will probably go find and mrd-m1000 or 1001 to power my new type x, shouldnt have any problems then...

an amp shuld run fine for a couple year at least if you dont mess with it too hard, if an amp fails regularly id get a different 1.
