i think the only way that could happen in shipping is if something poked through the box and directly on the cone, i don't think the cone would have went in far enough to rip the spider from the sub just laying on it's face

You should have seen the conversation i had with him when i was trying to get the tracking number for my battery. i asked him to double check the number he gave me, and he said and i quote "screw you man". If i had just paid someone in a store 240$ and they had said that to me, thier gapeing mouth would have been soon filled by my fist.

Just called him. He was angry that i opened a dispute on paypal about the money. He said he would have to think about giving me a warranty now. I appolagized several times and yet he still hangs up on me and acts as if i owe him something now. Very rude and no class if you ask me.
