So i was throwing away the trash and bumped into this

Well i live in a good neighbourhood and ppl instead of selling their used stuff they just throw it away.

So this weekend my buddy from college is visiting me (he hasnt graduated yet) and when i was throwing my trash away he came along and saw this bike, fussball table, computer and he's like what the hell is this.

and me - i just laughed and told him im glad u werent here last week---there were like 5 bikes: road and mountain, computer desk, leather chair, golf clubs in a golf bag-all in mint condition. And i was tempted to take the bikes but could not.

He started calling me all names for not takin it and asked me if i could help him to put it in his truck that he'll find someone to make it run.

Anyway-- personally i don care what it is--i just cant pick up stuff from trash esp in my own neighbourhood but since it was dark i decided to help him.

Pocket bikes FTW.

That's a cheaper one, but some do haul serious ***. I'm willing to bet it's a gummed up carb from them not using it/starting it for a while, which will be about $50, probably less.

I had one that did 65mph. 3 speed, water cooled, 49cc, was fun as hell until it got stolen in the middle of the **** day.

Personally, I wouldn't pick something up from the trash, but to each in thier own.

why not? trash is trash. if it works or is worth something you can always just sell it.

we have these big metal trash containers around here and there are old people that petal bicycles up to them and climb in picking through the garbage...in ways you feel sorry for them...but in ways you feel they self choose that sorta life...everytime i see one i call the Sheriffs dept to take care of them....since there are signs that prohibit this...at least you hoped you provided a good deed for them ...3 hots and a cot..... ftw //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
