wreckless driving is as bad as a dui points wise on the insurance. expect big premiums with a 2 month old license and already a ticket. is the insurance full coverage or liability?

In all fairness their insurance most likely will not go up at all. If your parents have good driving records and are in good standing with their insurance company then they might not even raise the insurance at all.

You won't know till renew time.

Also you will not lose your Lic. over this don't worry.

....and don't worry about these guys giving you a hard time. They might be angels but most young guys new to driving like to get a little crazy from time to time. Nothing strange about that at all. It's kinda normal. Course as you get older you tend to slow it down a bit.

he's on their insurance. He doesn't have his own. they might raise the premium but then again they may not. Back in the late eighties I had a car accident on my dad's insurance and they didn't raise it. I'm just saying it may or may not.

I got my license taken away for 20 days for running a redlight, and 45 days for going 85 in a 65 , ive paid over 300 dollers in tickets and had my license taken away for 65 days total, and thats for small crap, your a extremely new driver and are talking about RECKLESS DRIVING which is way worse then anything ive been nabbed for, your pretty much done dude

Yea, Ive been through that. I just turned 17 a few weeks ago and still have 5 months until I get my license back. Hard times, but its just a bump in the road.
