As long as you fight it and explain it was just a little spinning of the tires they probably won't take your license. Definately expect a large ticket and raise of your insurance. Don't use a bullshit excuse, thats what they hate. Admit to your stupidity and explain to them it was something stupid to do and you learned a lesson, thats the best way to play it off.

u will just get points and a fine and then ur insurance will go up thats it. i smoked the hell out of my tires the other day after work out back kuz it was my last day and i had to leave my mark. lets just say i couldnt see inside my car kuz of all the smoke and my car still smells like burnt rubber it was great.

Thats what he should have told the cop. The best way to get off with a ticket is to start off good. Right when the cop was cussing at you I would have started off by apologizing to her and telling her how stupid it was. Cops don't like giving tickets, atleast my dad doesn't. You think they enjoying going to court? They are just doing their job and protecting their community. Put yourself in their shoes. You just have to make it clear to them that you understand what you did is wrong and you won't do it again. Some times they will let you go. If you got a dick for a cop then your screwed.
