so about this 2 amp sub thing....

Ok so i currently have 2 10in MTX sub each hooked to.... 2 mono MTX amps. Right now i have it spliced at the head unit to run each of the RCA for the amps because the am do not have outs on them, so cant bridge em to each other. Question 1 is am i loosing power that way? Is theere another way to do it?

The front and rear outputs are not for subs correct? so i cant just hook one of my amps up to the rear and one up to the Sub output right? i believe i did this when i had my car apart but i am just asking. I know about the balance and fade to with the rear output so i beleive that will be another reason why i wouldnt wanna do it!

Second question (final)- i am planning on buying a Ed Nine.4 amp to run my components that are in the mail. Will i need both front and rear to run the 4 channel amp or can i just use the front pre amp output? ok dude... just get a four channel RCA for your front four amp and hook it up right... as for your sub amps, look into a line driver that you can put in your trunk... not only will it provide you with multipe RCA outs to hook up your two amps but it will most likely amplify your voltage... you could also just buy a sound processor or EQ... a bass reconstructor would be a really cool way to go seeing how its going to just be for sub amps... most importantly you want to find something that will split your RCA for you without dropping the voltage output (how your current setup is operating)

yep just buy a pr of splitters one for the R one for the L and you can split it right before the amps if you want, thats what I did with four Orion 1200d's on two Orion H2 12's or my four 2500d's on two Mojo 15's

You can use splitters for the Sub preouts, just get the 1 into 2 splitter, and plug one each into each sub output one in right and one in left output.. then 2 sets of RCAS
