i've seen a bunch of links on theory's of the snailshell and TL enclosure, but does anyone know a simplified way of doing it? all those equations look like chicken scratch to me, call me illiterate, but these boxes probably take many trial and errors to get right

your probably correct and most of the time after you build a box and listen to it for a while you think of ways you could have built it better

nice box.i havent seen anyone talk about a snailshell since i first got into car audio. to **** complicated 4 me. il stick to ported simpler

I got my from an old peavey house box, it has a big horn tweet and 2 small tweets like in your back window. I have 4 of them, loud as a mofo especially when hooked to an amp...

I should hook that horn up, if cops pull me over i'll just say i'm the ice cream man, ll.
