Seeing how meade has none of the skills needed to actually design an audio speaker this just means another was to make some off $$$ his sheep.

Maybe he'll give you faggots a free second skin trunk kit with your over priced and poorly developed speakers.

I can only imagine how much he is going to charge for them but I know you guys love to bend over for your god

Wait, Im confused, and apparently behind the times. So, this is an Fi, Ascendant Audio, SMD sub? Steve Meade is like third down the list of rights to this thing, why is it "definitely an SMD woofer", and why would/should/would we care if SM signs it? Yes I know about the Fi/AA relationship, how does SM and/or SMD fit into this?

The fine designers at Fi do not need Steve Meade's input on speaker design. I have nothing against SM, I even like him, but he's no Scott or Nick in terms of proven speaker design.

And Im finding it hard to believe, if its a legit design, that simply associating SM with the speaker, even so closely, should/would/could alter the market potential by any significant amount. As big as some people here think SM is, the vast majority of car audio enthusiasts have no clue who he is. Its easy to think everyone in car audio revolves in the same circles we do, but that's simply not the case.

The entire idea of SM being this closely related to an Fi produced speaker, and him signing them, just confuses me.

Dude, he designed that woofer. I think he knows all about it n stuff. I recognized his intimate knowledge of the design when he said it looked like a photoshop off the internet.
