slot port or round?

is there a differance in the preformance of the ports? i mean assumin they are both tuned to the same frequency? or if it just depends on what sub it is ?

People usually prefer slot ports, because it's simpler to reduce port noise. You won't notice a difference between the 2 if they are built right.

People tend to choose slot ports over round. Snova is right. If they are built correct then there won't be much difference.

(port noise is coming from jagged corners, and not wide enough ports, just so ya know.) so just make sure u have a round port, or a slot with round port edges and about 3" min. diameter.

Make your port size to the specs you want. What frequ ur tuning it too. Just don't cut holes, ur bound to make it sound like ****.
