AQ uses the same buildhouse and boards as MaxxSonics.. Nuthuggers will say that the parts used are better, but look at it how you want.. They're still (decently) solid performers though.
Maxxsonics makes a solid amp just rated wrong. Look at all the newbs running BRZ amps off weak electrical, they last for a long time. They are priced for the power they really do.
Most of their amps are solid (Brutus and I think it was the Gladiator series that was also good, along with the larger class D amps). The noobs that run them just ruin the name. I'm still running a Hifonics amp and beating the **** out of it every day.

Yes I do. The wire is great actually. The blocks were just a couple of flukes from the makers. I make sure all mine are clean as they should be

I will email him, but I dont have time to deal with this. When I order a "NEW" item, and pay for a "NEW" item, and it arrives, it should be new. Now I will have to pay to ship it back, and wait for a real new product. Not worth it at all. This is insane and they are going to sink if they keep doing crap like this.
I agree it may have come from the manufacturer like that and he needs to know that this is still happening. Since they can't check every single item as it comes in i do understand tho
when you look at the guts of all these amps they all pretty much look the same and put out around the same power yet some swear there is a difference but open up a Rockford amp,kicker or jl and there boards look different not saying one is better then the other just saying there looks to be alot of copying when it comes to the underground brands
