The amount of transaction's we do that feedback is relative too. Not once have I ever not refunded a customer whitedragon. Usually because we ship USPS some things can get lost in transit and we usually take the hit. Look at our positive rather then posting only the negative.

Ok so I have 30+ feedbacks here its ok to not include an item with an order because I have more positives than negatives. Great attitude to have.

Your obviously reading what you want to read. I told you that every customer is refunded if an item is lost. I never would keep a $20 item or $5000 with the possibility of a lawsuit, etc, bad reputation. Some customers feel the need to leave negative feedback when an item doesn't arrive even after I refund them the payment when it is really USPS fault.

i dont see what ur guys prob with kevin is he bult me a box i paid like 200 for it and i got it the same week i paid it holds 4 12s and i got my 4 skars too so hes not a scammer and he always answered my emails

never dealt with him on the forums, but i have bought wiring accessories from him off ebay... his prices are very competitive, and my stuff arrived quickly

Looks like a great woofer for the price. I'd probably try one if it fit my application. But I'd buy used. After reading some of the owners feedback, looks like he is hit or miss. Way too much miss for me. 40+ neutral and negative feedback on ebay. Thats just too much for someone calling themselves a reliable company.
