so i take it the warden/sundown sub is just a custom for a customer... but now skar is trying to rip off both companies. this is just stupid.

Implying that Jacob won't license his patents on the new cone and frames for a royalty. Also implying that that factory in China would have any scruples whatsoever about selling a shipping container full of those parts to anyone with a briefcase full of cash.

Further implying that IA was the first to use that style of motor.

You kids need to grow up. It's shocking how much effort people put into this crap.

Ive seen a motor like the warden before but i cant remember who used it. I dont think it was neo though, i think it was one of the ****** companies that stumbled across a good motor. Maybe audiobahn or pyle. Cant remember. The design is old but was IA the first to do it with Neo or did Terra do it also ?

I cant even remember the name of Terras company. He made some nice **** though.

The last motor i saw in that style was little discs stacked to make the columns and not full columns. Really you could take the design towards DD too even though they used vertical rectangals instead of circular columns. Great for cooling.

I knew someone else had it. I think IA was the first to actually assemble one with Neo.

shut the fvck up justin. IF there is ANY action to be taken, its none of our business. Jacobs an intelligent guy, he knows not to comment on potential legal issues. the ONLY claims he could have are on the basket and surround. even then, you cant dispute a rendering.. skar would have to actually have a real one made for ANYTHING to "be done".
and really, why do YOU even care? youd just troll the classifieds looking for a blown one, offer a stupid lowball, then sell it a week later for a loss. this doesnt effect you at all.I

NOT the omegas. They were 100% Built by pap. That said, some of the other prototypes he had he may have assembled, i have no idea on those..

his neos got built by a guy on carstereoclassifieds if I recall, guy owns a few of them and uses 2 as 18s. bought them unassembled though. I think he said 2 still float around out here but no one has them it seems.

Focal used it for their pro stuff back in the 80's. I'm sure they were used somewhere else prior to that.
