single RE MT18

Hey looking for anyone that has run a RE MT18 in a spl box. Looking to see the best internal cubes to run it in? It is going in my 2 door s10 blazer. thinking of running it with a single round 12 inch port partial internal and external on the port. 4K for power just burps. My cab peaks at 46hz so tunning will be near there. On a round port of that size what is a good ampunt of port per cube of the box? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also forgot to mention sub up, port to the drivers side. I have heard that is the best for spl in the box style s10 blazers?
