how many actual watts do you run to a single 15?

at a time i had a dual 2 vc on a 15'' R. i had both my amps strapped to it @ 1/2 ohm a piece. only in bassrace did it get stinky

The most i've had was around 2300-2400. The zx2500 @ 1 ohm.

It wasn't a large difference. A few tenths (.3 i believe).

thats what i am going to be doing out of 2 12'' type R's. my hope is a 152 db drag style. its gonna be a long stretch
