If someone wanted to really do some digging, they would find that all the donations for server upgrades were pocketed by the administrator(ahem) and was never upgraded. He just told you it was.

Thats quite possible. Nobody seems to know what he used the money for. But again. comming straight from a site mod, THE MONEY WAS POCKETED! And the fact that its a non-profit site but still charges vendor fees among others?!

And yes they check ip's, pm's and look for parallel threads on other forums.

There are ways around the ip address and ways to completely change your ip. But you need a hook up at a company for the second. There are static and dynamic ip's. dynamic may change but the subnet stays the same.
