Think about that, though. Say you're selling an amp in CA.com's new CACO-like layout. Only the people looking for amps will see your ad. Do you know how many times I've been looking for a particular item (say a sub?) only to stumble across something that's nothing like it at all (say your amplifier?), that I want way more? You'll get far more exposure with this current layout. CA.com is a discussion forum with a classifieds section. CACO is/was a classifieds site with discussion areas. Car Audio Classifieds Dot Org's layout mimics organization but it takes me far more clicks and a lot longer to get through all the ads. Scroll down through two or three pages in CA.com's classifieds and you're done.

the problem with this is when i sell any particular item here it will be buried on the 4 page before the days end, when i sell on caco lets say a amp my post will be there for days unless there is a flood of new post from people selling there amps you rarely have to bump there

This used to bother me as well but the people who frequent this site on a regular already know to expect that. You can bump to your heart's content, so no big deal. Twice a day usually keeps the ad relevant. An ad that stays put reeks of low traffic.
