Anyone find the irony of people coming from a forum that is constantly ripped on for over moderation, asking for more moderation here?

The only part I agree with in terms of moderation needing stepped up is the classifieds. As far as the newbs go, they can fucking search, just like I did when I first got here.....

That's the way it should be. Now after searching for a while, and they still have no luck. I would/have been more than happy to help. Laziness, just kills me. I will say we need to make this place user friendly for the new guys.
