Go into your User CP --- > Edit Signature.

Host your picture online somewhere (the gallery on here would even work, http://www.imageshack.us is popular as well) and get the link to the image ... then use the IMG tags.

after the 'm' in '.com'

Looks good - I'm absolutely terrible with Photoshop.
