Why can't I get a Job?

:eyebrow:seems like i have turnd' an aplication into every fast food place in town cuz i'm only 16 and in a need of a job. Could it be cuz i havent had a job befor or some thing? I even aplied at walm@rt as a last resort and nothing( bunch of dick heads by the way). They all say that they will call me and non of them do. when u put in an app check back a couple times a week and allwasy ask to talk to the manger.mkae his *** like you and your in.thas what i did now im makin 9 an hr with no work expierence AND IM BLACK

if you turned in an application to EVERY fast food place in town and if you applied to a mcdonalds and they havn't called you back you know something is wrong. try calling them and keep calling them, it shows that you are interested in the job.

like everyone said, CALL BACK. it shows you want the job and are taking initiative.

i hated walmarts application, it was stupid...for example, one question was:

if you smoked marijuana, would you tell your manager or keep it a secret?

none of the options let me pick "i dont smoke"...

i do call them back. they just tell me that they are in the process of looking at it and if they need me that they will let me know.
