side batterie post

trying not to jack your thread , I have a redtop and i'll be doing the big three soon , should i leave the GM side posts hooked up and run a seperate wire from the top post to the alt and use the batt grounds top post for the ground as well ?

Yeah, continue using the stock wiring and add the extra grounds and such, on seperate terminals would be the least cramped IMO. Sounds like a good plan to me...
