No one knows. The magnums aren't available yet, but if you go to stereo integrity's message board you may still be able to pick the new magnums up for the price of the old ones. Some have said the new ones are better than the old ones in all aspects. I can't tell you though. All I know is the prototype beat 2 polk momo's and the prototype has some defects in the design that limit it performance. These defects won't be found on the final version though.

Magnums have been out forever now, RMS is 900 so dunno about 1500w... D2s (Same RMS) are the ones on preorder, for another 5 days...

Both old and new mags are able to handle 1500rms (install dependant)

As far as a comparison. The only person I know that has tested/ listened both is Kent aka mrray13 but his litsening was a 15" mag and a 12" XXX
