si mag break in?

my si mag seems to be getting more and more lose

like..when i got it it was so stiff...is this meen its breaking in? and if i get a 2ed one will it sound the same as the one with the looser cone?

ok thanks...idk if its just me...but it seemed to get louder when the cone is broke in...why would this be? if true

It will get more efficient as it loosens up since it takes less power to move it the same distance... also, breaking in lowers the bottom end response so you are getting a bit more deep bass now as compared to brand new.
