Ask him when the timing belt was last changed. If it hasn't been changed yet, you may want to consider doing that ASAP if you trade because if it goes while you are on the interstate, you will FUBAR your engine FAST!

you'll be really good if his mileage is mostly interstate.in my book,lets say two identical cars have 100,000 miles on them.1 all city and the other all interstate,id take the one with all the interstate miles,because as crazy as it sounds,the interstate car will have less wear and tear.maybe the reason y my pontiac lasted for so long.

i say keep current car. almost identical and you have lower miles.

also keep in mind, if your getting a good deal, then he's getting a bad one. so why would he want to go down 8 years? your milage is lower, but try to figure out whats his objective

im including the system already installed...2 15" l7's hifonics 2008d ttb box etc.

Ask for service records, run a CARFAX, the usual stuff...

there has to be a reason he wants to trade. you including $500 worth of stereo stuff wouldnt make it an even trade. i say something is wrong with the acura and he wants to get rid of it before he has to pay for it.
