should I set a High pass on the amp when running components

Im running a set of morel maximos on a boston acoustics gs 125. each set is probably seeing close to a hundred watts rms on each side. I was wondering if I should set a high pass on the Boston amp or just leave it up to the morel cross over which sends 50hz and up to the mid range woofer

no it doesnt Its a piece but I was wondering if I should set a high pass on the boston amp?

even then you may get some popping at high levels on heavy bass.

if you want to be safe and you have a decent sub stage and play loud often run the xover at 125 it will sound cleaner.

Im going to try at 80 first my substage has trouble playing up that high but I may move it up to 125
